The Crown of the Valley Corporation, established in 1998 is dedicated to marketing Pasadena as a great place to conduct business and help industry grow in our region.

The Crown of the Valley Corporation believes that now is the time for growth in our region, and we have the resources to help make this happen.

Commitment
The establishing of the Crown of the Valley Corporation (CVC) marks a new direction for the town of Pasadena. It is a signal to investors and entrepreneurs that Pasadena is committed to establishing a solid business community in our town.

Facilities
The Venture Centre, which is 40,000 square feet in size, can accommodate twelve businesses, six in each wing. The units are available in three sizes of approximately 2000 square feet, 2500 square feet and 4000 square feet, each with a workshop and office space. They are completely self-sufficient. As well, flexibility has been designed into the facility to enable subdividing larger units, or expanding either unit, should a business require additional space.

Since the official opening in 1986, many entrepreneurs have sought the services of The Venture Centre. Consequently, an additional Annex was built in 1989 providing another 20,000 square feet of incubator workspace.

The central office core provides space for administration and promotional activities, including a board room for the use of any tenant. It is also the centre for the common user services which is available to entrepreneurs.

With a central location in the Humber Valley - Bay of Islands region, The Venture Centre is ideally suited to benefit the whole area, especially Corner Brook and Deer Lake, with their availability of industrial land.

Pasadena is ideally situated for the movement of goods in and out of the Humber Valley region. Quick access to major air and sea transportation is guaranteed.
